How do we work?

Our Process

We want you to be aware of our processes. We have many years of experience and have refined our methods so the service we offer is second to none. Below you will find a breakdown of the stages of the processes we will go through when creating your visuals. It’s important that the steps are clear and we try to work with complete transparency at all times. If you have any questions about any of the below, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to answer them.

Initial Meeting

The initial meeting is a chance for us to discuss your project in depth and is usually a great way to get the core goals defined, giving us a clear direction forward. It is also a chance for you to ask us any questions you have and confirm that you would like us to move to the next stage.

Proposal and Agreement

We will ask you to return the briefing guide which helps us create the project proposal. This document will form the basis of the project and outline the understanding of the core goals from both sides as well as contain the parameters of the brief and relevant costing. Once you are happy with this, we will ask you to sign the agreement and pay the project commencement deposit.

Domain Name and Hosting

We will then help you select a domain name if you do not already have one and guide you through the process of registering it if you need help. We will also help you arrange hosting for your website.

Design Concepts

The fun bit! this is where we submit initial concepts for you to look at, whether this is in the form of website homepage designs or initial logo ideas this is where you get to see the brief come to life and where most of the hard work is done ensuring we create a strong visual presence for your business.

Concepts Refined

We want you to be totally happy with your companies final look. This stage is important as we take on board your initial reactions and start to look at refining the visual working towards the final concept. This process is usually broken down into two stages and will incorporate the tweaking of all the visual elements used to create the finished article.

Sign Off

One you’re happy with the designs, we’ll ask for a formal sign off as confirmation. This is important especially with a branding process as the next stages in the design process will be heavily influenced by the visual elements in the final identity.

Design and Build

We build all our websites in-house as we believe it’s important for the designer to be at the heart of bringing the visual to life. It’s very important to us that the concepts we submit at design stage can translate to a fully working website and this stage is all about that process. The finalized concept will be built into a fully working html/css website and will incorporate a content management system if required, again this is built in house and enables us the flexibility to combine functionality and design seamlessly.

Graphics Supplied

Once your happy with the final concepts it’s time to hand over your working files. We supply all logos in a variety of formats enabling you to start using your new identity straight away. If you have any special requirements such as livery application or signage we are more than happy to liaise with your choice of printer ensuring the reproduction is as accurate as possible.
